By using our self-service return center, you can create a shipping label and set up your exchange quickly and easily.
Exchanges and returns are simple and have a flat rate of only $10.00 when you use the shipping generated by the self-serve returns center.
This guarantees your product is free from a manufacturer defect or it will be repaired or replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any related shipping cost will be our responsibility as well.
Please note, all return and exchange items must be unwashed and with the hang-tag attached.
Any returns which do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns.
